How do you ensure glass items don't break during shipping?
We use proprietary multi-layered protective packaging, including custom-fit foam inserts and double-walled corrugated boxes, to ensure your Vitria products arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for damaged or defective items?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
Are Vitria glass products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our tempered glass collections are both dishwasher and microwave safe; however, items featuring hand-painted details or metallic rims should be hand-washed only. Please check the specific product description for care instructions.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Vitria Glass Products ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
