At Vitria Glass Products, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our glassware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the glass items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Secure Packaging

    Carefully wrap each glass piece in its original protective padding and box to ensure it remains intact during transit; damaged returns may not be eligible for full refunds.

    Shipping Your Return

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects the returned glassware for any signs of use or damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
